Munaasabadda waxa ka soo qaybgeli doona madaxda sare ee dalka, madaxda hay’adaha dowliga iyo kuwa aan dowliga ahayn, wakiillo metelaya qaybaha kala duwan ee bulshada, iyo adeegbixiyaal kala duwan.
